Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay police work together in border region

The governments of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay have decided to initiate intelligence sharing by their respective national police forces at the Centro Regional de Inteligência (Regional Intelligence Centre) in the city of Foz de Iguaçu in southern Brazil.

The three police forces will be stepping up their cooperation with regard to public-security issues in general, but will focus particularly on preventing and combating illicit activities in the Triple Frontier region.
